Community White Papers

The Community White Papers for OceanObs'09 are the basis for community planning and building community consensus, describing agreed plans for the coming decade. They are focused on particular observing networks, observing technology, scientific questions requiring observations, observing and data system infrastructure, or the development of ocean information. Community White Papers were peer-reviewed by the Programme Committee and a Review Team.
