Plenary Paper author peer-review registration

The peer-review process will be facilitated by NASA Peer Reviews Services. Once you have submitted your draft you must register in the NSPIRES system, which will take just a few minutes, by following the instructions below:

1. Please go to http://nspires.nasaprs.com
2. If you do not have an NSPIRES account please create one by clicking on 'Registration Information' in the Member Login box, then clicking on 'Begin Registration'
3. As a part of your registration process, or after having logged into your existing account and clicked on 'Account Management', please add an affiliation request to:
